Rules for using Vyexa

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using Vyexa — including the website, web application, Telegram bot, or any related tools — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use paid features. Users between 13 and 17 may only use the service with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
  • You confirm that you are not prohibited from using the service under applicable laws of your country or region.
  • If you are using the service on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
  • These terms apply to all users including those on the free plan, paid plans, and trial periods.

Description of the service

Vyexa is an AI-powered platform that helps users create short vertical video clips from longer source material. The service includes automated clip selection, subtitle generation, title suggestions, visual styling, and export functionality.

  • We operate via a web interface and a Telegram bot. These are the two official access points.
  • Availability is on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access.
  • We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email.

Account registration and security

To access most features, you must register an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account.

  • One account per natural person or legal entity. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans is prohibited.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are fully responsible for all actions taken under your account, including unauthorized access due to your own negligence.
  • If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at support@vyexa.net.
  • We may require identity verification at our discretion, particularly in connection with billing disputes or suspected fraud.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal, creative, educational, or commercial purposes, provided you comply with these terms and applicable law.

  • You may upload and process videos for which you hold the necessary rights or permissions.
  • You may create and download clips for publication on third-party platforms, subject to those platforms' own terms.
  • You may use AI-generated outputs commercially if you have rights to the source material used to create them.
  • You may share access to your account with members of your team, provided each person agrees to these terms and you remain responsible for their actions.

Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, reporting to authorities, or both.

  • Uploading, processing, or distributing content that sexually exploits minors in any form (CSAM). This is a zero-tolerance policy and will be reported to relevant authorities.
  • Uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrighted material you do not have rights to process or distribute.
  • Processing content that depicts or incites illegal activity, terrorism, serious violence, hate speech based on protected characteristics, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract data from the platform, its APIs, or AI models.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to abuse the service, bypass rate limits, or perform denial-of-service attacks.
  • Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organization.
  • Selling, sublicensing, or reselling access to the service without written permission from Vyexa.
  • Circumventing technical protection measures, billing systems, credit checks, or access controls.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain all intellectual property rights in the videos and other content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your source material or the resulting clips.

  • By uploading content, you grant Vyexa a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and transform that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service to you.
  • This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, subject to technical retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licenses, and consents to upload and process your content.
  • Users are responsible for the content they upload.
  • Vyexa provides tools for video processing only.
  • We do not sell or distribute third-party content.
  • You indemnify and hold harmless Vyexa and its operators from any third-party claims arising from content you upload or outputs you distribute.
  • AI-generated elements added by our service (subtitles, titles, visual styling) are provided as part of the service output. You are free to use, modify, and distribute these as part of your final clips.
  • Vyexa's platform, interface design, AI models, processing pipelines, and other proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Vyexa.

Credits — how they work

Vyexa uses a credit system as the in-service currency for generation. Understanding how credits work is important before making any purchase.

  • Credits are deducted when a generation job completes and produces output. A job that fails before producing output does not consume credits.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Paid credits (purchased as part of a plan) do not expire as long as your account remains active.
  • Free credits provided under the Free plan are renewed monthly and expire at the end of each monthly period if unused.
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit prices and plan contents. Existing purchased credit balances will not be reduced retroactively.
  • If a technical failure on our side caused credits to be consumed without producing a usable result, contact us with details and we will review the case.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment provider.

  • We currently accept payment via PayPal and cryptocurrency payments, including USDT on supported networks such as TRC-20 or ERC-20. Available methods may vary by region and by the providers currently enabled on the site.
  • All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Currency conversion is the responsibility of your payment provider.
  • PayPal payments are processed upon authorization and confirmation by PayPal. Credits are added to your account after confirmed payment.
  • USDT payments require manual confirmation. After sending payment, provide the transaction hash and your account email to support@vyexa.net. Processing may take up to 48 hours.
  • You are responsible for any fees charged by PayPal, your payment provider, or the relevant cryptocurrency network.
  • If a payment is declined or reversed, the corresponding credits will be removed from your account and the plan benefits will be suspended.
  • In case of a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, contact your payment provider immediately and notify us at support@vyexa.net.

Politique de remboursement

Vyexa offers digital services and credits that are consumed upon use. Please read this section carefully before making a purchase.

  • We provide free clips and free plan access so users can evaluate the service before making a paid purchase.
  • By making a paid purchase, you acknowledge that you had an opportunity to try the service and assess whether it meets your needs.
  • Credits that have already been consumed to generate clips are non-refundable. Digital processing services are fulfilled at the moment of generation.
  • If a technical error on our side caused credits to be deducted without producing a result, we will restore the affected credits or issue a correction after reviewing the case.
  • If the service was materially unavailable, the delivered quality was materially degraded compared with the advertised core functionality, or a force majeure event made paid delivery impossible or commercially unreasonable, we may review the case and provide credits, a correction, or a refund at our discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Plan-period benefits (such as watermark removal and priority processing) are activated immediately upon purchase and are considered delivered. The plan period itself is non-refundable once plan benefits have been used.
  • Refunds for cryptocurrency payments can only be issued as credit balance on your Vyexa account. Cash refunds for USDT payments are not available.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension pending resolution.
  • Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction. We will not process refund requests older than 30 days.

Subscription plans and billing periods

Paid plans activate a set of benefits for a 30-day period from the date of purchase.

  • Plans are not automatically renewed. You purchase a one-time 30-day activation. When the period ends, your account returns to the Free plan until you purchase again.
  • During the plan period, benefits such as watermark-free export and priority processing are active.
  • The credits included in or purchased as part of a plan do not expire when the plan period ends. They remain on your balance.
  • If we decide to discontinue the service entirely, we will post advance notice in your account dashboard at least 3 months before the shutdown date.
  • During that notice period, you are responsible for using your remaining credits and downloading your results before the final shutdown date.
  • Les credits inutilises restants apres la date finale darret expireront et ne seront pas remboursables, sauf obligation legale contraire.
  • We may change plan contents, prices, or structures. Changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via site notice or email.
  • Promotional, trial, or gift credits may have separate expiry terms stated at the time of issuance.

AI results, accuracy, and service quality

Vyexa uses AI models for transcription, content selection, title generation, and visual processing. AI outputs are inherently imperfect.

  • AI-generated content including subtitles, titles, and clip selections may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated output before publication.
  • We do not guarantee that generated clips will be free of errors, suitable for any specific purpose, or compliant with third-party platform requirements.
  • Processing time depends on source file length, system load, and your plan tier. We do not guarantee specific processing times.
  • Files are stored temporarily during and after processing. We do not guarantee permanent availability of processed files. Download your results promptly.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

  • We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
  • We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or that any defects will be corrected.
  • Third-party services, APIs, and payment providers integrated with Vyexa are subject to their own terms and are not warranted by us.

Limitation de responsabilité

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vyexa and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • This includes but is not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, reputational harm, or costs of substitute services.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. In such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive conduct, or if required by law.

  • For serious violations (such as CSAM, fraud, or repeated copyright infringement), termination may be immediate and without prior notice.
  • For lesser violations, we may issue a warning or temporary suspension before permanent termination.
  • Upon termination, your access to the service and all stored content will be revoked. Credits remaining on the account at the time of termination for cause are forfeited without compensation.
  • You may close your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support. Unused credits at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited and are not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • If you ask us by email from the address associated with your account, we can delete your account, remaining credits, profile information, and user-facing account history within 3 business days, except for records we must retain under applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity at our sole discretion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

  • For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the site at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
  • Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
  • If you do not agree to updated terms, you should stop using the service and may close your account.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms and any disputes arising out of your use of the service are governed by applicable law.

  • We encourage resolving any disputes amicably by contacting us first at support@vyexa.net. We aim to respond to billing and account disputes within 5 business days.
  • If an amicable resolution is not reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the service operator.
  • You agree to resolve any disputes with Vyexa on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
