Overview
Vyexa sells digital credits and digital processing services. Because delivery begins quickly after purchase and credits may be consumed immediately, refunds are handled under the rules below.
- We provide free clips and free access so users can test the service before paying.
- Paid purchases are intended for users who have already evaluated the service and decided that it fits their needs.
- Please review this policy before completing a purchase.
- If a conflict exists between a promotional page and this policy, this refund policy and the Terms of Service control.

When a refund may be available
Refunds are not automatic, but we do review eligible requests in good faith.
- Technical failure on our side: if credits were deducted or a purchase was completed but no usable result was delivered because of a confirmed technical issue on our side, we may restore credits, re-run the processing, or issue a refund or billing correction at our discretion.
- Material service failure or quality degradation: if the paid service did not work in a materially usable way, or the delivered quality was materially degraded compared with the advertised core functionality, we may review the case and provide credits, correction, or refund at our discretion.
- Force majeure or exceptional disruption: if an external event outside reasonable control makes delivery impossible or commercially unreasonable, we may review the case and provide credits, correction, or refund at our discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Unauthorized transaction claims: if you believe a PayPal payment was unauthorized, contact PayPal immediately and notify us at support@vyexa.net so we can investigate.
When a refund is not available
The following situations are generally non-refundable.
- Purchased credits are generally non-refundable, including if they remain unused, unless a refund is required by applicable law or we explicitly approve an exception.
- Credits that have already been consumed to generate clips are non-refundable.
- Digital processing services are considered delivered at the moment generation completes and output is provided or made available to your account.
- Plan-period benefits such as watermark removal, template access, or priority processing are considered activated immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable once used.
- Requests made more than 30 days after the transaction will not be processed as billing disputes or refund requests.
Cryptocurrency payments
Cryptocurrency transactions require special handling because blockchain payments are irreversible.
- USDT and other cryptocurrency payments may require manual confirmation before credits are added.
- Refunds for cryptocurrency payments, if approved, may be issued as account credit balance rather than a cash return.
- Cash refunds for USDT payments are generally not available.
- You are responsible for sending funds on the correct network and to the correct address shown during checkout. Payments sent on the wrong network or with insufficient amount may not be recoverable.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or billing review, email support@vyexa.net with enough detail for us to locate the transaction and review the case.
- Include your account email address.
- Include the order ID, PayPal transaction ID, or crypto transaction hash, as applicable.
- Describe the issue clearly, including the date of purchase and what result you expected.
- If the issue is technical, include screenshots or error details if available.
Account deletion on request
If you want your account and user-facing data removed, contact us from the email address associated with your account.
- We can delete your account, remaining credits, profile information, and user-facing account history within 3 business days after verifying the request.
- Some records may still be retained where required by applicable law, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations.
Chargebacks and disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us first before filing a chargeback or external dispute.
- Many billing or delivery issues can be resolved faster through support.
- Chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting us may lead to temporary account suspension while the matter is reviewed.
- We aim to respond to billing and refund questions within 5 business days.
Service discontinuation
If Vyexa decides to shut down the service completely, we will provide advance notice so users can use their balance and export results in time.
- We will post a shutdown notice in the account dashboard at least 3 months before the final shutdown date.
- During that period, you are responsible for using your remaining credits and downloading your generated files before the service stops operating.
- Unused credits remaining after the final shutdown date will expire and will not be refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
