Information we collect
We collect only the data that is necessary to operate the service, handle billing, ensure security, and improve the product.
- Account information: email address, name (if provided), registration date, and account preferences.
- Content you upload: video files, their metadata, and the generated clips and subtitles derived from them.
- Payment and billing information: transaction IDs, order history, plan history, and credit balance. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as PayPal and cryptocurrency payment providers or blockchain networks. We do not store full card details or private wallet credentials.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, error events, and in-app activity to help us understand how the service is used.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and session identifiers needed for security and stability.
- Communications: messages you send to support, including their content and timestamps.
- Telegram: if you use the Telegram bot, we collect your Telegram user ID and messages sent to the bot. We do not store the content of video files processed via Telegram beyond the retention periods described below.

- To provide the service: uploading, processing, generating, and returning video clips to you.

Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

- Generated clips and subtitles: available in your account until you delete them or close your account.
- Payment records and transaction logs: retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial and tax regulations.
- Support communications: retained for up to 2 years to allow context for follow-up requests.
- Technical logs (IP, access logs): retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
- After the applicable retention period, data is deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to you.
Third-party services and data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the service.
- Cloud infrastructure providers: server hosting, object storage, and content delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
- AI and transcription API providers: transcription and language model APIs may receive audio or text excerpts from your videos for the purpose of generating subtitles and titles. We select providers with appropriate privacy controls.
- Payment processors: PayPal and cryptocurrency payment providers or blockchain networks receive the minimum information necessary to complete a transaction, such as email, amount, order ID, or wallet destination details required for settlement. We do not store full card data or private wallet keys.
- Analytics tools: we may use analytics services with your consent. Consent is managed via the cookie banner.
- Legal and regulatory: we may disclose data to comply with a valid legal request, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
- We do not share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
